The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with great views from the rooftop restaurant and excellent massage and spa facilities. The service is top-notch, with friendly and considerate staff, and even special treats for anniversaries. The location is very central for accessing main attractions, although a bit far from the city center. The dining experience could be improved to reach a 5-star standard.

The rooms are very comfortable with decent furniture and a great view from the rooftop restaurant. The massage and spa facilities add to the overall relaxation. A remodel could enhance the atmosphere.

The service was exceptional, provided with a warm smile and efficiency. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the additional medical clinic and PCR test services are a great convenience for guests.

The hotel's central location is convenient for taxis to main attractions, although slightly distant from the city center. Access was affected by tram renovations during my stay, but the proximity to the old Turkish market adds charm.
